Claim $69.00 service fee, they don’t tell you there is an additional $135.00 diagnostic fee. You will pay $204.00 dollars just to walk through the door. I had a tripped circuit breaker, the tech. Was there 2 minutes and he charged me the $135.00 extra because he diagnosed the problem.

AC System Repairs: I cleaned a clogged evaporator coil to optimize refrigerant flow and cooling efficiency, enhancing system performance and prolonging the AC unit's lifespan.
Air Duct Cleaning: I cleared debris and contaminants from air ducts, enhancing indoor air quality and ensuring clean airflow throughout the HVAC system.
Emergency Water Damage Restoration: Our team responded to a water damage call, performing rapid water extraction, thorough drying, and material removal to restore the client's home and prevent future issues.
Upon inspection of the 2 1inch pipes I was able to determine that there was no Electrical wiring inside once I cut the electrical pipes They were full of water and compromise. We determine best way to resolve its issue cut electrical pipes out of the way so they are no longer an issue.
Removal of dirt and sand to access area around the last light pole. Saw cut and removed 10-12" of concrete approx. 3 feet all the way around the light pole. Will return to install.

6/19/2024 Today we came out and diagnosed that they were broken pipes that were supposed to be feeding a pole light and the pool area that is currently under construction. in order to fix this, we had to cut back the pipe put couplings on it and used one new 90 in order to get the stub ups into our new weatherproof 1900 box with weatherproof blank cover. The three conduits that were there were three-quarter sized so all the fittings we brought, including the box were all three-quarter as well. The customer also wanted us to put an outdoor GFI with a bubble cover onto the same polite so that it could be used for additional Holiday Lighting. The customer also showed us that there was a broken pipe coming from the electrical room that’s underneath the slab that is now cut open and already trenched out so we are able to access where the broken pipe is in order to do any repairs. The size of the pipe that was broken is three-quarter, and it had three circuits in there and two neutrals with
Customer has a Standby generator that has been installed to 75% of completion in examining generator and transfer switch. I believe there is only low-voltage and a overlook of all connections before generator can be tested and ran. Low voltage needs to be ran between two transfer Switches and tied together for both switches to work effectively
Customer is installing a day like toilet and will need a additional outlet installed behind toilet

The previous technician came to fix the photocell and they forgot to takeoff. The tape from the photocell light was on and off every minute I went up to the Roof And I did remove the tape photocell works fine in daytime all lights is off now And tested covering the photocell lights turn on problem solved
Costumer wants 8 dedicated lines 20 amp each 4 to the left side and 4 to the right side Meaning every outlet need to be dedicated total 8 Will need 4 tandem breakers Siemens panel is full with full size breaker ,need to remove full size breaker and install a tandem breaker to create space This is a church may need to be mc cable Four gang box and four gang modorin plate
